Privacy Policy
Last updated June 21, 2026
Dime Boards is a private, invite-only platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@dimeboards.com.
What we collect
When you sign in we collect your email address. As you use the platform we store the account and profile information you provide, and the records needed to operate the service (for example a co-sign and its history). We use cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the gated preview.
How we use it
To verify who you are and sign you in, to run the platform, to keep a trustworthy record of co-signs, and to contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of service providers to run the platform, including hosting, a database, and email delivery for sign-in links. They process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How we protect it
The platform is served over HTTPS, access is limited to invited members, and sensitive records are access controlled. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@dimeboards.com. We keep a verified business record of co-signs that were issued, and we honor deletion of personal data to the extent the law allows.
Changes
We may update this policy as the platform grows. We will change the date above when we do.
